Can I have my bouquet shipped if I’m not local?
At the moment, we are only delivering locally, but we are working hard figuring out the best way to get Fresh Sends to your city.
Can I pick which flowers I send?
No, but we think you’ll like it like this. Trust, let's try it! Unlike a traditional florist, every weekday we create one unique bouquet using the freshest and best looking flowers at the market. It’s fun because, neither you nor we, know what we’ll offer until that morning, but you can always check out previous arrangements on our Instagram (@rootedfloralanddesign) and on our website. From time to time, we may have to substitute flowers due to supply from growers and at the market. That means your bouquet will differ slightly from what you see online and on social media.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most of the areas in and around Denver. You will be able to select your area from a dropdown bar when you are ordering your Fresh Sends. If your area isn’t listed, please keep checking back as we are adding to our areas as often as we can. To avoid heartbreak, please try not to order for an area that isn’t listed without checking in with us first.
Do you have an order deadline?
We will stop taking orders for same day delivery at 12:00pm MST, or earlier if we sell out. But don’t fret, if you miss the cut off or if we sell out, you’ll be able to preorder for another day or place your order to be delivered the next business day.
What time will my bouquet be delivered, can I request a specific time?
Our bouquets will be delivered to residential addresses as well as business locations between 1pm and 5pm on the date you request. Our drivers take the most efficient route to make their deliveries to keep the price of the arrangements down (holla), therefore, we cannot ensure your bouquet will be delivered at a specific time. However, we love helping you out if you have a reasonable request. So leave it in the special delivery notes on our ordering page and we’ll do our best to execute. Please just keep in mind that our drivers have to make multiple deliveries.
Can I order a bigger bouquet?
Totally! Our regular bouquet is $35 with free delivery, but we also offer twice as many blooms in our big bouquet for $65, also including delivery! You can also get your bouquet arranged in a glass vase for $100. You can upgrade your bouquet size easily just by selecting the correct size on the Fresh Sends ordering page.
What days are you delivering?
We deliver Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. We also are working on some holidays that fall on weekends, (ie. Mother's Day) but don't worry, we'll give you a heads up for these special cases. If you order a bouquet to be delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday we will deliver your bouquet the next business day.
What if nobody is home to receive the bouquet?
We’ll do our very best to find a subtle spot out of direct sunlight to leave the flowers and will leave them in water. To help us out, please leave any special delivery instructions on the order page to make our deliveries a bit easier.
What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?
We get it, but it is your responsibility to provide the correct address (including apartment or unit number if applicable) when you place your order. If we can’t deliver your bouquet due to an incorrect address, we’d still be happy to redeliver your flowers the next business day but charge a $15 redelivery fee.
Do you offer subscriptions?
We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month, 6 month and yearly subscriptions. That way you can get all the flowers, all the time! Just click on our 'subscriptions' tab to sign up.

- It's imperative that you try to get your bouquet in water as soon as possible.
- Choose an appropriately sized vase/jar for your blooms.
- Remove any leaves or foliage from stems so they aren't in the water, then cut each stem to fit in vase.
- Try to keep your bouquet away from direct sunlight, heaters, or fireplaces. They love a cool spot.
- Re-trim your stems and change water every two days.
